Dreamer, nothing but a dreamer
I'm a dreamer. I dream both at night and day. I dream of doing something big, something that changes the world some day. Maybe inventing something useful. Helping poor and sick families over the world. Being a volunteer. Travelling the world and helping animals in need. I don't know what it will be yet, all I know is that I want to do something. And one day I will. I will not be one of those who dream of making a difference, but feel trapped by something, or someone. This is something I will do in honor of myself. A dream that I know will make me happy. Because I've been unbelievably blessed in my life. I'm not rich, not even near. But I still feel like I can do whatever I want and still make it financially. And I know that there are many people out there that aren't that fortunate. I also have a great family, a mom and a dad that I can always talk to. And it's the same here, not many have that person they can talk to. And I can be that person.
Not everyone are meant for the school bench, with all the books and homework. And even though I do really good in school, I graduated with great grades, I feel like school has never really been anything for me. I'm more of a do-er. I want to use my hands and my creative mind. I want to create. I really like people, too. I like meeting new ones, as well hang out with the "old and rusty". I also really love the nature. It's the most beautiful thing on earth. The way everything is shaped and created to fit perfectly together. But nothing blends in or stands out. It just is. I've seen some really beautiful things with my own eyes, but I still feel like I haven't even scratched the surface.
This is what I dream of. Seeing the world and at the same time meet people, and help those in need. What do you dream of?

She's not really my favorite singer out there, but this song is something truly beautiful! The way her voice synchronize with the music is almost devastatingly beautiful! And the lyrics are really, really sweet. Everything about it fits perfectly!
I just have to add that I love all the dresses she wears in this video! Especially the white one she wears when she's sitting by the piano on the dock.

Sometimes it hits you hard
When you help someone through tough times, over and over again, and you need that person to make an effort, just once for you, and once again you get let down, you loose all hope in that friendship.
A friend should be with you through the good and the bad, the ups and downs. A friend should both be able to give you energy, as well take. You should be able to be yourself with your friend. Feel comfortable in your relationship. When neither of these are correct, what are you even doing?

It's just when you want... no when you need people to be there for you - They're not.. they're like a million miles away. And when you think someone is totally reliable and trustworthy and you've built your whole life around them, it turns out they were never that person.
Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today?

This is one of the greatest musicians of all times if you ask me. This song is so beautiful, almost otherworldly. Jeff Buckley's music will live forever, even though he's gone. I hope you are someplace amazing, with lots of music and good times, you are wort nothing less!
Birthdays
We all have one. Even plants and animals. The ocean and the rocks. We all celebrate it differently. We all feel about it differently. I think it's an amazing celebration. Coming together with your friends and family to celebrate the one day you where welcomed to the world. But sometimes I think that the frenzy of presents overtakes the purpose of this day.Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the presents, they are awesome! Especially if you get something you wished for, or even better, something you didn't know you wanted. But I think it's really important to remember why we celebrate birthdays, always. Keep it close to your heart and keep it there. Don't let all these materialistic things get in the way. They won't last long anyway.
